Really poor customer service - its anything but!
Your service/return counter was anything but helpful. This item was a third party vendor and the front desk manager REFUSED to return my 2 tee shirts. My husband demanded to see the store manager, who returned it easily. This isn’t the first time we’ve had problems with the return desk manager. Before returning, it says specifically online that these 2 tees are returnable TO THE STORE within 30 days. Your clerks are obstinate about doing any work, and would rather repeat over and over that they won’t return it. Like I said, this has happened repeatedly. With clerks like this, your financial troubles will only deepen. She’s a poor excuse for customer service, as well as others behind the service desk!
