Shrinks in dryer

I had bought this shirt originally in the size XL. It fit perfectly, like a dream, but unfortunately shrunk in the dryer. I was thankfully able to return it and exchange it for a size up. The larger size shrunk as well, and it fits nicely, just not as perfect as the XL before shrinking.
