Thin material with maximum protection

Nice material, doesn't feel bulky like other brands I have tried. I am a nurse in a busy ER and cannot always make it to the bathroom. I have very heavy periods so I wear these as a backup to my other feminine products in order to ensure I am always covered. I have never leaked through these.
