Q: Do the mouths open on these?

  • A: We have this hand puppet set and I just checked ours. The mouths are sewn to make them look slightly open, but they do not actually open. There is no area to stick your fingers in to make the puppets look like they’re talking.

For little hands

Cute but too small for adult hands. I bought for my toddler and he doesn’t get how to do it yet so now we have to put these away and get bigger ones. These are great for like 4–6 yr old little hands though.

The puppets are nice! If you have larger hands, then you may have trouble using them. The plastic tags used to secure the puppets to their cardboard package leave visible holes in the fabric, so minus a star for that reason.

My son can use them but i cant play too!

I love the idea and it’s great for older kids but I tried to use them to play with my son and my hands don’t fit! I have small ish hands as well… so if you’re getting them for your child to use - great! But if you wanna play too I would avoid!

Excellent playset!

Playing with my granddaughter... we love this well constructed puppet set!! She loves to even dress them up!! It would be cool to have a generic body where you could temporarily make these into stuffed animals too!! (Just a thought)
