However I misunderstood the product description and thought the top lifted off so items could be stored inside, instead of the burners just coming off (which actually makes no sense as to why they do). The cooktop is essentially a box and could easily be made to allow it to be used as a box to store the items. We have small space which is why I chose this model over a full kitchen. I would recommend adding this feature to make it a fantastic product that is helpful for those living in small spaces.

My 19-month-old grandson loves to cook in the kitchen so this is a great toy! I'm disappointed that the pot rack is so easily pulled out of the back of the toy. It has sharp edges and we had to remove it until it can be super glued in place.

Soon-to-be two year-old loves dismantling and playing with this cooktop. Perfect for him. Dials turn, he can easily hang many things (other toys, real utensils) from the hooks. A toy that will inspire play over and over again. So glad we purchased for him!

We don't have a huge amount of storage in our house so getting the bigger play sets was not going to be easy. We had previously owned a kitchen set that we had to get rid of and my daughter really missed it. I saw these small sets advertised recently and decided to give them a shot. They are awesome! My daughter gets just as much enjoyment if not more out of these small sets and they make it really easy to switch out her "store" for the day. She loves that the burners turn on and off and often brings us a menu pick out food. It's small but so interactive and great for saving space!

This was a gift for my great-grandson who likes to imitate what he sees his parents do. He sat down and played with this set right away. Even the adults were impressed with the cute set-up and wanted to help him cook. So cute!

The imagination started working immediately. We all had plenty of food cooked for us after the present was opened.
