Meinl's Sonic Energy Sol Solfeggio Crystal Singing Bowl is made from calculations of ancient frequencies and sound vibrations. By transmitting vibrations through the body, it was believed that these notes could have healing and health-promoting effects. Used for a variety of purposes like chakra healing, meditation and yoga, this white-frosted bowl is crafted from quality quartz that produces a resonant tone and pleasing sound.
