I ordered this item on Dec 17. The site stated it would arrive by Dec 23. The item did not even leave the shipper until Dec 26 and finally arrived on Jan 2. This item was supposed to be a Christmas gift but left me scrambling to find something else. Do not trust shipping dates for this product.

Simple, soft, and effective!
The medcursor cordless heated knee massager works incredibly well. It makes my knee feel so much better after every use; it’s both soothing and relaxing. It is very easy to secure on your knees, and the directions are simple to understand, so you can get started right away. I love having different heat levels to choose from, and the material itself is soft and fits comfortably. It is definitely a great investment for knee comfort.

Great in theory, not so much in execution
I was excited for this product, as I have other joint massagers from other companies. Overall, this device basically just pounds on your knee. It didn't feel like a massage to me. In addition, it makes a lot of noise due to this pounding type of motion. Somewhat disappointed in the product.

Didn’t know I needed this in my life.
This device is very handy! My 12 year old (athlete) daughter has been having issues with her knees and she will lay there and do the full time on both. I love that it shuts off automatically, you can adjust the heat and vibration, and I’ve been able to use it on my shoulder. Only potential negatives; it’s kinda loud and the straps could be better.

For being a massager for a specific area, it does its job. It’s kind big to keep as only knee massager and nothing else. Does fit adults and older kids. Warms up nice and massages the side of your knee.

The heat and auto vibration feel nice
I have arthritis in both of my knees and this felt nice. You can really feel the heat and the auto setting for vibration is my favorite. It automatically shuts off after about 10 minutes. It is easy to put on and is adjustable with velcro straps. It is slightly noisy. It won't prohibit you from watching television while wearing it, but you can definitely hear it.

Horrible Service
It says this package was delivered, but I never received the package. After talking to a Target representative to fix the problem and get a new item, I was told that there isn’t anything that can be done and that I would have to dispute this issue with my bank when this was a delivery issue. Horrible service.

This Cordless Knee Massager is a game changer
This Medcurser cordless knee massager is amazing. I often have pain in my knees after coming home from the gym. I use this for a bit, and I'm as good as new, it offers 3 heat levels, 3 vibration modes in an LED screen and has adjustable straps. It comes with a USB-C cable for easy charging, it's not heavy either, so it's not annoying or bulky, it's light and very easy and comfortable to wear, I highly recommend this knee massager, it's a game changer!
