holes too big
Love your products and always buy them. However the holes in the onion powder top are much bigger than the holes in the garlic powder. I sprinkle spices on my food from the jar. The garlic is fine because its easy to control the sprinkle but the onion is ridiculous as it pours out like water. I have to pour it in my hand and sprinkle with my fingers. Why are those holes so big. Thanks

Great

Love them all
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yayyyy. Look what I got today. I LOVE McCormick spices. I use garlic powder, onion powder and Grill mates on my rib eye steaks. It gives it such a wonderful flavor. There is nothing better than cinnamon and sugar on a piece of buttered toast.

Very good Onion Powder
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Usually, you find yourself using a lot of onion powder if the seasoning is bland. I found this to be a great flavor, and it was noticeable. I use onion powder often on my avocados or with an egg. It's a great seasoning that should be a go-to for every meal.

Staple in our household

For that subtle onion taste!

I know that can be off-putting to some, but I'm sensitive to cutting onions as well as hardly using them in my recipes. My favorite way to substitute the onion flavor is using McCormick's Onion Powder. I don't feel like the physical onions are missed, and there's still the pop of flavor.

Excellent Flavor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the McCormick Onion Powder in a mix with garlic powder, salt, and a bit of pepper. I seasoned a rack of ribs on Labor Day before grilling. The flavor was excellent. The Onion Powder was probably the strongest flavor, which was good. One of my guests did complain that it was a bit too strong, but I owe that to me using too much of it in the blend. I love the flavor of onions and the McCormick Onion Powder does a great job of capturing the essence of an onion in a dried powder. I would use this in any seasoning blend going forward, albeit with a bit of tinkering to get the correct ratio. Anyone that loves onion flavor will enjoy this product. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who BBQs or grills chicken or steak often.

Amazing Flavor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One thing about I hate about onions is that odor that comes out of your mouth. Don't get me wrong, I love onions on my food. This Onion Powder is a great replacement for onions without the harsh onion breath. It is flavorful and smells good. I will continue using this product for years to come!!

Great flavor!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] McCormick Onion Powder is delicious, oniony goodness and if you aren't flavoring all your dishes with it, you need to rethink your choices. Great for when you want the flavor and nutrients of onions, but not the texture in soups and stews and great for barbecue rubs. Highly recommend to everyone!

A step above most brands.

To be honest over the last couple of years we often pick up the generic version of common spices to save a few cents. After being given the opportunity to try mccormick's onion powder once again I can see what we have been missing. The flavor is more subtle and authentic then generic brands. It definitely makes a difference in the overall taste of your recipes.
