Product arrived with broken safety seal and was clearly used or tested. The product was smeared all over the inside of the tube as if someone had wiped the color along the edges, removing excess product. This can’t be returned, go figure.

My husband gifted me a superstay vinyl ink today, I don't ever suffer from dry lips, now after using it for less than 3 hours, my lips are dry and cracked. I did not like it at all, and won't be using it again.

Loved this lipstick at first. The shades i bought were spot on and long lasting for about 2 weeks of daily user, then the color started to fade and even the consistency is just gloss now with very little pigment if any that just wears off in minutes. I thought maybe it was just a faulty tube but this is the 3rd tube that has done this. Bummed because those first few applications it was my favorite :/

One of the many recent one star online order experiences
The liquid lip product should write very clearly that no returns are accepted because I was sent products with broken safety seals, (an example in my photo below) which is not only a safety issue but can compromise the formulation. The products were not in an inner shipper and there was no wrapping. What is happening to the online orders? Quality really is low & it wasn't always like this. The color chemist with this product (as I did open the bottle with the broken seal before throwing it away) does not accurately match these shades to the packaging. At that, the swatch photos in the description could use an update as the lovely (hoped for) American Beauty Rose/orchid magenta hue online and with the bottle - looks nothing like that. It is a deep purple that is drowned out by maganese violet instead of being brought to life with red 28 (formerly red 27). My advice ladies: Review shade testers in store, as online it was not a joyful unboxing.
