[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Maybelline Lifter Liner. It goes on so smooth and evenly. I love the color and it doesn’t bleed at all. It is matte but it doesn’t make my lips look dry or cakey. It pairs beautifully with my Maybelline Lipsticks. The pencil is really durable and the end doesn’t break off easily. It’s easy to sharpen and I can easily remove it with a makeup wipe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now this lip combo I rly didn’t like the shade was too light for me and the matte line was dry on my lips! I even went back and put chapstick on under and I couldn’t apply the liplinner pencil because of the chapstick and the lipstick started to separate on top of the chapstick! So the matte lip liner and lipstick combo is a no for me! Wish I got a chance to try the other shades in the matte line but this one I was send for free to try for my honest opinion. Did it glide without the chapstick yes it didn’t clump but it did spread and didn’t stay once I put the matching lipstick over too! Maybe the formula idk but love the packaging just like the serum line!

You can use a sharpener on it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For whatever reason I thought they were the kind where you roll it up to make it sharper. I literally sat there rolling it with my fingers and was convinced I had a lemon product. The formula is super soft in a great way. But when the tip fell off, and the box said that it was a "sharpenable tip", it didn't look like a regular pencil. Duhhh I finally tried with a regular sharpener and it worked! I love the color. It matches my lips perfectly while giving an added boost of color. This is not my mother's drugstore lip wear. Its lightweight, smells good and does my lips a hydration favor. For a minimal lip stick gal, this is the gateway lip pencil item to have.

Best drug store liner
My favorite liner from the drug store. Really competes with high end. I love the shade Big Lift, it's a cooler mauve. I also purchased On It, but that one seemed to pull a bit warm on my skin tone. Very creamy and long lasting, I've repurchased multiple times.
