They’re well-made with a shiny metallic finish, light-up features, and three different siren sounds activated by buttons. The wind-up traction wheels work well and make the cars take off quickly when released, which keeps both kids engaged. After over a month of regular play, they’ve proven to be durable and hold up well. While I personally would’ve preferred race cars instead of emergency vehicles, these have still been a big hit and provide lots of entertainment.

This pack includes a police car, ladder truck, and a rescue helicopter. Each vehicle has light and sirens; each button push includes a very short duration of siren. While they are loud, I don’t think they’re annoying. We are a LEO family, and I work at a fire department - we can easily tune out sirens in our house. The quality is to be expected for toy vehicles; they won’t last forever but long enough for the child to get all of the play they want out of it. This product would make a great birthday, Christmas, or just because gift for a child. I highly recommend this fun set of emergency vehicle toys for kids from MAXX ACTION.

No assembly is required. Each vehicle is equipped with 3 buttons that activate flashing LED lights and realistic sounds, bringing the emergency scenario to life. Firetruck and Police car comes with friction rev motors that allow them to race across the floor when pulled back, while firetruck’s ladder is designed to lift and spin. They love pushing the buttons to activate the different sounds and lights (each vehicle has 3 different sound buttons) while driving and flying the vehicles around. One of their current favorite TV shows is about vehicles, so they love using these rescue vehicles to reenact some of their favorite episodes. The toys are fun and the packaging was simple to get the toys out of (they were well secured) and they showed an accurate representation of each of the vehicles.

Seems like it should last and will be a safe easy toy for the kids. Wish that the fire engine was slightly bigger that is the only limitation.

That being said, one of the plastic caps that cover one of the lights on the firetruck has already popped off. Thankfully kiddo handed the piece to me instead of putting it in their mouth. But be careful!

They have a couple buttons on each one that make different sounds and lights up the vehicle. They seem to be made of a sturdy material and it seemed be able to withstand rough play. She is speech delayed and it helps start conversation. I took one star for how loud they are. She loves it but as a parent they can be loud! They seems super sturdy and not easy for her to break! Very cute set!
