Great, light shampoo! Not too stripping but not useless either. Good medium for cleansing. Didn’t make my hair dry. Scent is very pleasant as well.

If I could give this negative stars I would. I bought it due to the name…Maui Moisture (emphasis on the moisture). There’s not an ounce of moisture in this crap. 1) my hair has never been so dry, staticy, and straw like. My hair type matches the type on the bottle, so not sure what that’s about. 2) this stuff makes me lose SO MUCH hair. We have a hair catcher in our shower drain. While using this crap, the hair drainer fills to the point of complete clog TWO DAYS after using this. Avoid this at all costs.

I have fine low porosity hair that is around a 2c in texture. I was looking for a drugstore shampoo that met those needs, and this seems to do the job. I've been using it for a while now and it seems to make my hair look nice. I can definitely see the texture and see it looks significantly better than when I tried other products. I finally feel like I have found the right product for my hair and it ticks all the boxes for me. affordable, sulfate free, and good for my hair type. plus it smells good.

I wish I could love it
I really wanted to love this product. It smells absolutely wonderful, and the scent lasts for a long time. Unfortunately, the oils made my hair feel greasy and heavy. It did not give me volume, or shine. The price is excellent, and I’m upset that I couldn’t love it.

This shampoo smells great, lathers well, and cleanses beautifully! My biggest issue with this shampoo is the texture; it has a gel consistency. This makes dispensing the proper amount a but more challenging than others and I found myself using more than I wanted to as a result. All in all, though, a good drug store option!

Perfect for my thin wavy hair
I have tried so many different shampoos in an attempt to find one that makes my hair look really good. I have finally found it with Maui Moisture light weight hydration for fine to medium wavy hair. It smells great, and it brings out the best out of my hair. Ky hair always feels clean after using it too. It is the perfect balance of bouncy volume and light hydration that doesn't weigh my hair down. I will always use this product and definitely recommend it.
