Doesnt work

Out of the box, one wheel doesn’t work at all. Tried resetting the sensors. I guess they don’t have quality control. This was a Christmas morning disappointment. Now it’s not available to exchange for a replacement.

complete garbage

I ordered this hoverboard in October 2025 to get early Christmas shopping done. When my child opened it on December 18th, I was shocked. It was a used item (totally beat up, scratched, tread worn off of the tires). In addition, it will charge but will not even start. It is totally unusable. We contacted Target and they cannot do anything for us because the 30-day return window (which apparently is unique to "Target+" purchases--I had no idea) is closed. The seller is non-responsive. So in the end, I paid about $150 for a literal piece of trash. My poor kid had his main Christmas gift be a completely unusable piece of garbage. And both Target and the 3rd party Target + seller are not doing anything to address it. Do not buy from Target+ or this seller. You are risking it be a total waste of your money.

Broke in 1 week and could not return. I gave this as a birthday gift so it fell outside the return window. Warning - watch for items that are not direct target purchases . The return window is only 14 days. This isn’t good for purchases that are gifts ! Neither the vendor nor Target will do anything. Target do better- this is your vendor!
