Masienda Heirloom Corn Masa Harina is made from just two ingredients: corn and alkaline water. This finely ground nixtamalized corn flour is perfect for tortillas (just add water), tamales, cornbread, and more. Its deep flavor and color comes from single-origin non-GMO blue corn grown in Mexico by traditional farmers.

A: Hi there. Yes, the only ingredients are corn, water, and culinary lime (the key ingredient in the process of nixtamalization). No stabilizers are added.
