    Love the liquid!

    I love Mary Ruth's products so I knew that I could buy with confidence. I take Zinc and I really like that I can now take it is liquid form. I just add it to my morning water. It tastes great and I don't have to deal with one more pill. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

    My teen daughter didn’t like it straight, she’s going to add to a beverage and won’t take too often. I on the other hand will be taking this as a regular regimen in the coming days. Taste is ok.

    The flavor is very good tart & sweet is a correct description! Please don’t stop making this it has the correct serving size, and can be taking on an empty stomach with absolutely no problems! I noticed a change all ready I picked it up for skin and overall health and its is definitely doing the job!

    Flavor Hard to Get Past

    My family have been taking this for a few days in addition to other Mary Ruth products with sickness going around in our circle of friends. No bad side effects so far. But the flavor is pretty bad. Hard to describe exactly. Tart and like an old lollipop with too much moisture let in past its wrapper. I'm disappointed because I love the flavor of the vitamin C liposomal citrus+vanilla flavor.

    Mega good!!

    Mary Ruth's never disappoints! Some of the best and cleanest supplements anywhere ive been able to find. Truly are exactly what they advertise and claim. Flavor is always good and their supplements can be taken on their own or mixed with your favorite beverage or choice. I usually take them a juice on the rocks and it really amplifies the flavor. They are potent and truly work as they should. We are customers and supporters for life. Thank you!!!

    I was surprised by how thick this supplement was the first time I took it! I have to take it slowly because I don't like the feeling it gives me to swallow it (somewhat of a burn on my throat, and then heavy once it goes down to my tummy). I believe in these products and want to like this, but the texture has been a bit of a struggle for me. I hope other people find that they love it!

    Loveee!

    We have replaced most of our daily vitamins with Mary Ruth’s and have loved every product we have tried. We especially like the liposomal products, the flavors are good and we hope to be fighting seasonal sickness with the help of these products.
