Throw it in the trash

This book is such a waste. Every recipe I’ve tried is also available at her website or easily available online…for free. Every recipe I’ve tried has been such a waste of time and usually doesn’t make sense at the time (ex: a cake recipe that calls for 8oz liquid:10oz dry ingredients and expecting it to be a cake batter like consistency). Every recipe I’ve tried has needed so many modifications, it’s just been a waste and disappointment at every turn.

A major printing error that should never have happened.

I was so excited to get this cookbook and I was so disappointed when I received it. I have already returned it. It was no fault of Target but the printers fault. The pictures were out of order with the cake recipes and there was a cake recipe that started with step 5 but I could not find the beginning of the recipe. Wow, a very popular author and a publishing house that let a first printing of her cookbook go out to the public. What a major mistake to let happen. If I could I would have given a zero star for this cookbook.
