Looks nothing like the photo on box
I always think Marie Callender makes good quality frozen foods, but I have to say these bowls were a great disappointment I cooked the first one and couldn’t believe how unappetizing it looked. When I cooked the second bowl I took care to follow directions exactly, but the results were the same. Needless to say we didn’t eat much. I won’t be buying these again.

Surprisingly Delicious
I bought the mashed potato chicken bowl by Marie Callenders as a last minute late night meal, and was very pleasantly surprised. Usually I don't like any meals by Marie, but I feel like they won me over with this one. Everything tastes so fresh, the sweet corn complements the mashed potatoes and mozzarella so well, and the chicken tastes real too. I think they even use real ingredients because I found a small piece of potato skin in my bowl (which I consider a good thing!) Would really recommend anyone give this a try if they need something nice, bland, yet still flavorful. A gem of a find in the frozen food aisle.

Sadly, I’m extremely disappointed. I generally enjoy Marie Callender’s frozen meals, especially their pot pies. I tried the “Fried” chicken & mashed potato bowl. Um, it was literally grade school paste inter-mixed with lumps of goo. Awful, period. I had another package of this product in the freezer and tossed it in the trash. It could be/should be good, but nope, hot mess.

Decent bowl
Honestly, this is a frozen item so we can’t expect it to be top tier like some of these reviews are. It’s not great but it’s not bad. I think there is a good amount of flavor and I personally love the chicken nuggets part and you can see that shown on the box. I like the corn and mashed potatoes with the gravy. It’s an easy meal if you’re in a rush but it’s not bad.

I should've checked the reviews before buying. The gravy has a weird taste to it and the mashed potatoes aren't creamy, they were pretty dry. Portions were disappointingly small.

Husband Loves It!
Saw this new meal in our local grocery store and decided to see if my husband would eat it on occasion. He really liked it, so I returned and bought some more. This works great when we are short on time or just don’t feel like making a big meal. I will definitely buy again.

I was very disappointing in this meal first the picture (on The Box) and what comes out of the microwave were totally different. Meaning when you look at it you do don't want to eat it and that is true you don't. I am sorry Marie but this was a total failure.

This bowl was a complete disappointment compared to all the other Marie Callenders bowls I have tried. Maybe I was expecting better due to how most of the other bowls taste. I luv the chicken,rice, broccoli, all Mac n cheese related bowls, etc.. but this bowl I absolutely will not buy again.

Wouldn't purchase again
To strong of flavor beef gravy or to.much parsley flavor I don't know but not as nice as I thought it would be. I ate it cuz I was hungry and I paid for it. I wouldn't purchase again, nugget meat turned soggy and potatoes to thick and to much gravy for what you get.
