Poor Quality
The rug sheds and piles in the high traffic areas. I wish I could return, I have had for about a year. This rug is not worth the high price tag.

This rug is made of wool. Wool rugs typically shed a lot with the first few vacuums and then don't shed after. Please make sure the vacuum is not directly touching the pile. We’re sorry that you had a poor experience with our product. We strive to assure that only top-quality products carry the Safavieh brand. We cannot however speak for the wear and tear of the items.

Returning
The black lines are much more pronounced in person than in the picture. Also, it is not soft at all - it feels like rough felt. Feels and looks cheap. I will be returning.
