Didn’t even last 2 years. Fully charged. Lock isn’t on. Won’t turn on.

Ordered one that broke after an extremely short period of time. Next one would not work out of the box. It’s like each had trouble with travel lock or power button. Will never buy this brand again. Great when it worked.

If I could write a zero I would. Customer support is useless, I purchased a product within the last year. Product continues to only run 20 seconds before having to put on charger for 5 seconds for it to reset before using for another 20 seconds before it would turn off again. Imagine spending 90$ for this garbage. I emailed support and they hardly gave any advice, and asked to watch videos online. I did and still did not solve issue. I reached out again and they said without the receipt. From a year ago they would not help whatsoever. Learn from me. Use a superior product and not from these guys. They say they are superior in “manscaping” but it’s just a clever name with a faulty product. But this product only if you want to spend 45 mins to an hour shaving your groin and get up 9-12 times in intervals. And Knick your junk as it turns off every 20 seconds. I will not EVER buy a product from this company. And I wish nothing but failure to the support team along the way. I will be on every social media and reposting the same review. Save your money and use Gillette, Braun, or any other competitor besides these guys. They want your money only but no customer loyalty whatsoever.

It stopped working shortly after the 90-day warranty period. They wouldn’t replace it and referred me to their “Hygiene Plan”. Trash quality.

This trimmer is awful. The battery life gave out after the warranty expired. Now it doesn't charge at all. It also cuts your privates very easily. This product is cheap and very unsafe. Save your money and buy something that won't take chunks out of your skin and can hold a charge.

I purchased the lawnmower4.0 in hopes of having a good product. After using it once it put itself in travel mode and it took a email to figure out what was wrong. Since then I used only a handful of times and went to use it the other day and it didn’t work. Figured it was dead so I put it on the charger and after charging it still will not turn on and it isn’t in travel mode.

Works 2-3 times and won't charge now. This is now the 3 time trying this and the last. Each and every time I bought this... It will work 2-3 times and then when you put it on the charger, it won't charge.

No different from a regular trimmer. I shaved my sensitive area and still get bit by the blades causing bleeding no. Don’t waste your money on this trimmer. Save money and get a basic one and get the same result

I like it when it works. But it’s only designed to work for 90 days, in less than a year it will break and stop charging. Works for 2 min then you need to keep charging every 2 min. of use. Poor quality looks pretty like most chinese made products but doesn’t last long. You will need to buy a new one year after year. Stick with philips norelco or gillette they will replace the product if it fails regarless of time. Manscape won’t they only give you 90 days becasue they already know it will fail.

After only a year and a half it no longer will charge or turn on. Very disappointing for how much this cost.

Bought this in February and it stopped charging completely. Not a great buy. 4 months and it is no longer covered under the 90 day warranty

This shaver is very easy to use and gets the job done fast. Has multiple different sized guards and the foil shaver works well enough.

Have owned two, and they both stopped working. Terrible product, Manscaped should be embarrassed of their expensive inconvenient product. I’ve owned my $20 Philips trimmer longer than Manscaped has been in business and it’s still doing a phenomenal job. Manscaped can get two thumbs down and can suck a toe.

Safe shearing tech has been around for a ling time. How did Manscaped, a company who supposedly specializes in this, get this so wrong? The “lawnmower” is so unsafe it should be recalled. I have cheap shearers and even the trimmer on the back of my old Norelco face shaver that is safe than this. As some if the other reviews have said, it doesn’t just nick, it can take CHUNKS. (Which it did). Fix it Manscaped! I purchased mine directly through Manscaped and completely regret it.

I have owned the 3.0 and the 4.0 and both broke within a few months of owning. Of course I was outside of the warranty and return policy. These are too expensive to have to replace every few months. I also have friends that have had the same issue, after a few months it just won’t charge light up nothing. I’ve tried reaching out to the company and the best they can say is sorry you don’t qualify for the warranty please buy a new one. Not at all worth the $200 I spent for both devices. If I could do 0 I would, and of course manscaped doesn’t allow you to review their products directly to their website. Don’t waste your money.
