I’ve tried a bunch of different shapewear over the years, but this one actually does what it’s supposed to do without feeling like I’m suffocating. It’s high-waisted, so it smooths everything out from right under my bra down through my stomach and hips. No rolling down either — it stays in place all day, even when I’m moving around a lot. The shorts part is a game changer too. It doesn’t ride up or leave weird lines under clothes, and it gives just enough support without squeezing my thighs in an unflattering way. I wore it under a fitted dress the first time and honestly felt so confident. It held everything together but still let me breathe and sit comfortably, which is rare with shapewear. It also washes really well and doesn’t lose its shape. If you want something that smooths you out without feeling like body armor, this is it. Definitely my new go-to.

They stay put and I feel that I am not constantly tugging on them or pulling them up. They also help to give your body a good shape without being too constricting.

The fabric is definitely cooling and breathable. I wore these under a sun dress in Florida and I didn’t even notice I was wearing them. I like the little band around the legs. It’s not super strong but keeps the shorts from rolling. I had no issues with rolling and I’m plus sized. These fit true to size and aren’t as tight as some others so I would stick to your normal size. I would definitely recommend.

My pants tended to slide down the entire day. I didn't try with a skirt or dress on. I think wearing this under a dress would work. Probably not for a skirt, due to the material. Probably wouldn't get these one again, but that is because I'm very particular about my control garments. I prefer more control. If you're looking for something to help prevent chaffing, this would work well. Also noticed the little bit of rear end I do have, felt/looked non-existant.

It is nice to wear under dresses and slim your figure without feeling so restricted. It is extremely soft and comfortable and tagless which is a huge plus for me.

They are perfect under a dress to prevent chafing with long walks in the Florida sun. These are buttery soft, thin with a comfortable waistband and leg bands. They smooth you without constriction. They are true to size and have a cotton panel sewn in so that underpants are not needed.

If you are a little thicker I would suggest sizing up as it felt a little tighter than it should have been, but overall I liked them. I do wish they had a cotton liner on the inside. I didn't notice any shrinkage after being washed which is always a good sign. I would recommend these for someone who is looking for a little shaping but if you have a bit of a stomach from pregnancy you might need to go with a firmer fit.

The waistband stays in place and does not roll. It provides smooth and light control. It has become my everyday panty whether I am wearing dresses or pants. They have held up well after several washings. A definite winner!

Stretch is limited, so be sure you order a large enough size. Came in nude and black colors, which can be worn with anything.
