Brand new opened, the shade slowly turns lighter and blurry after writing 5 seconds. The eraser leaves a mark on the board. You have to erase 2 to 3 times to get a clean board. It was a gift. It passed the return window when I find out the problem.

This brand aims to be budget friendly but is substantially lower quality than the prior in-house store brand that Target offered for toys. This doesn’t erase the magnetic drawings all the way and leaves some haze. Idk maybe to be expected for a budget brand I guess. The magnet stamps don’t work well either, would rather have gotten something else but it was a Santa present and opened so oh well.

Honestly very disappointed because we LOVE gigglescape toys. Colors barely show up, and the colors have a gray tint. It’s not bright, pigmented, and vibrant like it’s advertised. Also, I believe our screen was installed crooked. My 3 year old is having a very hard time getting the magnets out, so keep that in mind. We’ve been through a few other of these drawing boards and definitely had better experiences.

Im extremely frustrated. I purchased this item on Dec 18 as a pick up order, but there were glitches on Dec 19 and I wasn’t able to pick it up because no orders were appearing in my app. I went to pick the item up on Dec 21 but according to my app it said the item had already been picked up. I spoke to in store customer service and they said they would fix the issue and retrieve the product off the floor in store, expect when the looked up the item it was now completely sold out! Thankfully I got a full reimbursement, but still annoyed I didn’t receive the product.

Great drawimg tool for 1year olds
My baby is in her drawing/coloring stage. This is a great replacement for crayons, leaving no mess. She takes this with her everywhere and understands how to erase and take off the extra stamp magnets that come with this. Very useful in teaching her things as well. It doesn’t erase completely but that’s fine with me. Great for the price

Its a no for me
Dull colors, nothing like the image on the front shows. As my toddler colors the picture fades away, idk if it’s weak magnets or what but I guess we arnt supposed to expect quality anymore. Such a shame. The picture is taken after he freshly stamped it and you can hardly tell what it is.
