    They work!

    I'm a regular with purchasing the calming magnesium gummies. I bought them for my kids, my son who has autism and my daughter who is very hyperactive. I sometimes give them just one gummie instead of 2 and it actually calms them down. I've even taken some myself and I can say they definitely calmed me down
