Magic Mesh MM601106 Magnetic Replacement Window Screen, Fiberglass

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this would be a good idea for our camper, but it just doesn't seem to stay in place for me. Possibly operator error, but not likely. I was hoping for a more custom screen, I will use the mesh to diy my own.

I used on my kitchen window . Which was so nice to not have all the bugs in my kitchen. To sit at the table and not worry about bugs getting in. This is a fantastic product.

We haven't had a screen on our bedroom window for years (regular screens are just such a hassle to measure and always end up bent after a while). It works wonderful, pretty easy to apply, I had a hard time getting it straight but that's just me. lol Screen itself is strong so bugs stay out, not sure yet if it will hold up to my cats since I've not let them in my room since I installed it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was used to replace a broken screen. It was a fairly easy install. All you need is a scissors. The magnetic tape has a pretty sticky backing. Just make sure you clean the surface of the window frame. It installs on the inside and you can easily remove it to clean the window. Everything is included in the box. Works great!

It has strong powerful magnets that hold the screen in place with a firm seal. It's really easy to put up too. The fiberglass mesh can be used on pracyically any windows. A great product to keep bugs out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] About 10 years ago we bought an older house, and although the windows are in good condition, a few of the screens had gone missing. Other things needed to be fixed first, and "official" replacement screens were outside our budget. When I saw this product, it looked like a good answer for the missing screen in our guest room, so I ordered it. Alas! The product description indicates that it can be used on all types of windows, including French windows, but the particular design of our windows means that the place where I would need to affix the magnetic strip is too narrow. I am still trying to figure out a work-around. That said, for anyone looking to replace a screen for a typical sash window, this product appears sturdy, has clear directions, and seems very straightforward.

It works okay but is a little awkward getting the magnetic strips aligned when first installing them. I should have had someone help me that might have been a little smoother process. However I think it will suit my purpose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Magic Mesh window screen works well once it is installed or hung. However, I recommend 2 people work on installing it with lots of patience. It was a little awkward but after we got it hung correctly, it works great just as advertised. We live in a climate that is that is very cold in the morning and gets pretty warm throughout the day during fall, so this is perfect for our windows that do not have screens in them already The screen is also good for odd-sized windows in which screens are not readily available.

Was easy out of the package installation and seems to be very well attached. Expect a long time before I am Bugged again!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Magic Mesh is fantastic. It’s easy to put up and then take down to store when not in use. There’s no tools. Just place it over the window and it stays there. I have 3 different size windows in my house and it works on all 3 of them. It’s great at keeping out bugs. I’m in Texas where mosquito season lasts for a few months. It keeps them from coming in the house. I also live on a homestead with livestock. The outside is full of flies. But now with this window screen I can keep my windows open without fear of bugs getting in. I now have open windows once again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So we just moved into an older home on the third floor and several of the windows didn’t have screens. After pricing how much new screens would be we decided to go with Magic Mesh window screens. It was actually a benefit for us that the screens go on the inside of the window instead of the outside because we live on the third floor! When I opened the box I was pretty intimidated because it seemed like there were a lot of contents but once I looked at the directions and started the process it wasn’t hard at all! The screen came with wind clips, place holders and really strong magnetic tape and strips which makes me think that these will be sturdy for years to come! I did end up having to lay the screen out on the floor for a full day to make sure the creases came out where it was folded in the box. Overall I would definitely recommend this Magic Mesh magnetic window screen!
