    I’m not sure who needs to hear it in 2025, but these are candy. They “help” a sore throat in the sense that sucking on any hard candy would help a sore throat. They’re not clearing any blocks, helping you breathe or even stopping a cough for too long, because they’re really just candy. But somehow after 20 years I’m still buying them. As candy, more or less.
