Nothing new or useful

This offered absolutely no new recipes or ideas. Some recipes listed protein powder then recommended Shakeology or BODi. Don't waste your money on this.

I love all of the ideas of this cookbook has given me. The only thing I dislike is some of the ingredients I would not normally buy, and have no idea even what it is. The recipes look amazing and I cannot wait to try them.

This cookbook is great! The recipes are simple and healthy. The one thing I didn’t like was the paper quality for a cookbook that is out and most likely going to be spilled on. The paper should be higher quality.
