Logitech MX Keys Mini for Business Pale Grey 920-010595

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Logitech always makes excellent keyboards. This one is particularly recommended for those who travel and prefer using an actual keyboard to the one on the laptop. Another great investment. This is my second MX Keys keyboard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's light and easy to use. Quite portable. Some of the key designations are confusing but nothing effecting productivity.

I loved the full-size version of the MX Keys and I bought this one because I wanted something more portable to bring to the office. Before I continue, please note that I do love this keyboard. The feel of the switches, the quality of the aluminium chassis, and the Options+ software all make this keyboard great to work with. My issue comes from the fact that the original just had a better layout for the keys. If I were to change this to be the perfect keyboard I would: 1) Move the FN key from the left to the right side of the keyboard just like the original MX Keys; making CTRL, ALT, and START keys on the left full size. 2) Make the chassis slightly wider so that an additional row of keys can be on the right side. By doing this, you can create full sized arrow keys by shortening the right SHIFT and moving the up arrow into that space. This would also give us 5 additional keys for dedicated for DEL (with the original DEL now an INS), HOME, END, PGUP, and PGDN

I wanted to 100% love this keyboard so much. It feels very nice; great for someone with small hands like me. It's minimalistic and I like the colors. However, after only a year of use, the paint has chipped away on a few of the keys. I've never had a keyboard that wears down so quickly, and I don't use it that much either. There are also a couple of technical issues with the keyboard as well, such as the mute key not working and backlighting not turning on.. I am generally a fan of logitech products and never had issues with any products before, so I am hoping that there will be improvements to this keyboard, otherwise I think I'll be switching to another brand once this keyboard runs its course.

I bought a week already, but still can't connect to my PC, no device showed to connect. Can someone help me? I have search on the solution on the internet, but still doesn't work.

I bought this keyboard in October 2022 and it worked wonderfully for several months. Over the last couple of weeks, it's become less reliable: it seems to go to sleep after a few seconds of no use and needs a few key presses to wake up. The keyboard is charged; bluetooth is working well with other devices. Yesterday, it became completely unreliable, e.g., random keystrokes. It's too bad the keyboard died after just a few months.

hardware is great. i have the logibolt app installed and it connects a logibolt mouse on the same receiver. however... every reboot i get prompts to install logitech options app or some garbage. i don't need or want to configure my keyboard. the nagging software is what makes people annoyed with logitech devices. you can ask me once, and if i say "no, do not install" then i best not see logitech popups ever again. i considered taking off review stars. but other vendors have worse software they want users to install to use a peripheral, so i guess logitech might win an award for "least bad." 6 stars if i could pay more money to not have to install "apps."

I went through 2 other mini keyboards in one month and the 3rd one was the Logitech MX Keys Mini. This keyboard is the best keyboard I have ever purchased. The size is perfect. The quality is primo and I love the way the backlit keys turn on when I'm getting close to typing. I need to see some keys and tiny characters on black don't work well. And I've had no disconnections problems.

I don't know why people complain so much, but I really enjoy with it. Amazing product. Even after one year it feels like a new.

Bluetooth is a dealbreaker. Incompatible unifying is even worse. Only buy wired. Everything else would make a perfect keyboard, the quality, typing feel, but this is a fatal flaw.
