Horrible smell - returning
Bed was decently hard to assemble but the one star review is for the smell. This bed gives off a toxic smell that does not go away. We put the bed outside on our screen porch for it to off gas for two weeks and it still smells so bad. Now we have to disassemble to return it. Save yourself some time and avoid this one.

This bed smells horrible it has a strong chemical smell . Do not buy the smell will make your house smell and hard to get rid of I return the bed

However, we do know that some consumers can be sensitive to the new odor smell of freshly finished wood. Therefore, we recommend that you return your furniture to the retailer to obtain a refund.

great bed, but awful smell!
the bed itself is great, easy to assemble, sturdy and very preatty, however the reviews about the bad smell are right. we had to put out all the peices in the backyard for a few days so it can air out, that is how bad it was. even after airing it out, it still smells though much better.

Adorable bed
I really wanted to just take off the front of my daughter’s (3 years old) crib and put an inexpensive rail in the front but that didn’t work out. Instead of spending $100 on the rail that goes with the crib, I decided to purchase this bed. I am so glad I did. It is very cute and looks just like my daughter’s crib. She loves her new bed and can’t wait to sleep in it. My husband said it was a little annoying to put together. It took him a little less than 2 hours to take apart her crib and put the bed together.

Amazing toddler bed
Very easy to put together, love that it’s the two tone, more importantly I love that it’s the toddler bed of the crib I have. Getting my hands on this particular bed in white has been a challenge have been trying for over a month. Once I got it though it was like Christmas. I recommend this bed to anyone who likes quality and affordability because to me it’s both.

Bad smell
This bed has a horrible toxic smell that lingers for weeks. We tried washing it and airing it outside, but the smell still lingered. Unfortunately, target would not let us return it. Do not buy.

Pain to Put Together
This was super hard to put together. Its also a tiny bit smaller than the standard size mattress so we had to kind of shove it in there. Otherwise, its cute and was worth the price so far.

My daughter loves it and no weird smell
I bought this bed last year in February/March 2023 and it’s held up pretty well for my oldest toddler who was 2 at that time. As of today, She’s a 3.5 year old preschooler and it hasn’t broken down yet. The directions were easy to follow and there were no cons. I was able to set the entire bed up on my own without help from my husband. I’m back on here looking to purchase a 2nd one for my second child who just turned 2 years old. That’s strange that it has a smell because when I purchased it from the store there was no smell.
