Does not do what it says it does

The light is supposed to have two color temperatures: 3000K warm light for a cozy feel, 6000K cool white for clear illumination. It appears to have only the 6000K cool light. We had a dimmer switch added to see if that would correct the issue. There weren't any instructions or information on how to switch from cool to warm lighting. It mentioned a remote in the specs online, however when I contacted Target, they said it did not come with a remote. Target couldn't help me, so they suggested contacting Hurom directly. I cannot return the light at this point since it was professionally installed as part of a project and it would cost more money and frustration than what it's worth to remove the light and ship it back to Target for a refund.
