It keeps me cool at night while sleeping. When the time comes, I'll add my blanket inside for added warmth. It has buttons on it to open to add your favorite quit or blanket. The cotton pompoms on it adds a nice luxury touch to it! This is a nice duvet that will match any decor because it's taupe and white. I would suggest to wash as directed to prevent any mishap. It doesn't shed any of the cotton pompoms. It doesn't cause lint to build on it because even though it's cotton it feels silly. This is a high quality duvet bed spread. I love it and think you will too!! Absolutely the best one I own!!
