Item arrived not as marketed/pictured on site
Who saw this and decided it was okay to ship as is? The packaing and ribbion are clearly missing. Seriously do better Target. It’s becoming more disappointing by the day shopping here. Christmas Eve is tomorrow. There’s no way this will arrive before Christmas.
