Nice shades, even better customer care
I purchased (2) 39 1/2 x 66 blinds in Harvest color in Oct 2024. One of the blinds got a horizontal split (see picture) in June 2025. I reached out to Linen Avenue customer care and they promptly authorized a replacement shade. It was only 8 days from original email to receiving the replacement! We love the shades and are super impressed with Customer Care. The difference in shade color from the split picture to the replacement is due to lighting (time of day). The Harvest color is really like the first picture with the split.

Good product
I needed a shade that I could install at the top of the window and still leave the top row exposed. This was perfect. Measurements were right on point. The shade slides up and down very easily. I purchased the harvest color. I was disappointed in the color when I received it because it seems a bit darker and more brown and less taupe than the photos on Target’s site. It would be great if Target would require realistic and up-close photos of items being sold, so that we can see the true texture and color of these items. Customers should not have to wait until someone buys the product, takes a picture of it, and shares them in a review.

Blinds are made of very thin material. They do not stay even when you pull them up or down... you have to watch and adjust them to be even.
