Malfunction
Nice shade. Easy install. I bought 2 - one works great. The other one started getting crooked in a month, and now, when raised only raised on an angle. Very frustrating.

Perfect fit
The shade is a perfect fit. Measures a little over 30 inches bought the 28 width. Easy to install. Did not take me long. The color is platinum. Looks good with my gray/blue kitchen. The shade does come all the way down to the windowsill. I know the picture shows one end higher than the other. It’s not if I pull down on the higher side. FYI It’s not a shade malfunction.
