Aloe benefits
Been using this to help with reflux, has definitely lessened the effects. Never drank aloe before and found it a little difficult at first but after a week or so I look forward to it as I know it is helping.

Terrible Taste
I tried this aloe vera juice both in a smoothie with fruit and greens and also mixed with juice and both times it made me gag and I was unable to get past the medicinal smell and the terrible after taste. There is no sugar....I am a diabetic and I tried it in both 1oz and 2oz increments and I couldn't keep it down. Just wanted you to know as this was my experience....

This is my silly tale. Last month I was surfing around looking for natural products and I started reading about aloe taken internally. Okay, I thought. I'll try this. First sip? OH MY GOD THIS IS GROSS. Second sip? Okay, it's tolerable but it's still weirdly worse than Lactulose. Four days later... Hey this is not just tolerable... I actually look forward to my drinks! Drank it every day, and then I ran out and forgot to order more. My body apparently loves aloe and because I was sans juice for a week or so, it reminded me exactly why it loves aloe juice. Not happy at all. The moral of the story? Once you start, you won't want to stop!

This is a great value. Customer service is great. My bottles arrived all busted up from the freezing temps we were having. They refunded my money with no problems. I reordered once we hit above 0 and they arrived in perfect condition. The juice itself has a little after taste, but NOT bad at all. Just proves that it's the real "stuff." Love it
I use aloe vera juice mixed with distilled water in my hair as my moisturizer. Love it! Hair is soft, no frizz and has a beautiful sheen. Price is great for the amount received and Swanson does a great job at packaging it as it is in a glass bottle. This is my second bottle, will be a regular customer.

I love drinking 2oz of this first thing in the morning before my breakfast. I've gotten very use to the taste so I drink it straight. I've notice that my digestion has most definitely improved. Aloe Vera juice keeps me more regular than I've ever been, at least 2-3x a day. I also like to add it to a small spray bottle and dilute it with a bit of purified water then spray it on my naturally curly hair [every day] and directly onto my scalp [every other day] then seal it in with my own hair oil mixture. I feel as though that has made my hair much stronger! And... I even make my own facial toner with 3 parts aloe vera juice to 1 part apple cider vinegar in a 4oz bottle, stored in the fridge.
