Wrong Item AND No Product Inside”l
I purchased this Skullcandy Terrain Mini 2 speaker as a Christmas gift for my daughter. The order was marked delivered, and a box did arrive.....but the box was completely empty. To be clear, this was not missing accessories or packing materials. There was NO speaker inside at all. The internal packaging is fully intact, as shown in the photos, there is simply no product. On top of that, the packaging is not even the color I ordered, so the order was incorrect before you even get to the fact that the product was missing. This item was sold and shipped by a third-party seller, but it was purchased through Target, and Target’s system offers no way to report an empty box. The only options given are to return it in store or by mail.....return what, exactly? An empty box? There is no chat option, no escalation path, and no accountability for a missing item. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, and instead I’m left scrambling because there’s no process in place for an issue this basic. Very disappointing experience, and I will think twice before purchasing third-party items through Target again.
