Excellent for Recovery
I got one of these for both workout and recovery and I'm LOVING it. It feels amazing and you can feel it activating the muscle fibers, as well as being a great stress reducer. My son uses it for leg recovery after hockey and it's been a game changer for worn-out goalie legs. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a compact vibration plate1

Waiting to see what kind of results I get after consistent use. But it is pretty comfortable and easy to use. I felt great after the first couple times using it. Had some pain in my shoulder that was juat Gone after the first day. I do notice the motor doesn't respond well to standing on the outside of the plate with one foot (as shown in the manuals suggested exercises like the one-leg squat and one-leg balance. It basically freezes the motor unless i make sure to position the one foot closer to the center than shown in the pictures. But other than that, no complaints so far.

Vibration plate
I have always been curious about the vibration plates . I have a knee that bothers me a lot and I have a job where I am constantly moving and by the end of the day I have to pop my knee and stretch it a lot . I have noticed since using this I don’t feel nearly as much discomfort and at night I barely have to keep popping my knee . Definitely know that this is helping !!!

Does wonders for chronic pain!
I've been using this daily for two weeks and my lower back pain and overall stiffness has become obsolete. I strength train regularly and this aids in muscle recovery. Above all else, it has a calming effect on my parasympathetic nervous system that is worth the investment alone. I wouldn't buy this if you're looking for a way to avoid good old fashioned CICO + exercise, but would definitely recommend as a tool to aid those weight loss efforts.

Small and mighty
I ordered a much larger and more expensive model a few years ago. After receiving it, I knew I would not use it as it was bulky and overwhelming to me. I ordered this model and absolutely love it so far! I can feel the difference using it just in 5 min a day. Working my way up!
