My First Vibration Plate

We are enjoying this machine so far. Starting low and moving up. We’re hoping to boost circulation, increase balance and bone strength. This machine itself seems very well made with easy to understand instructions.

LOVE!

I work out at 5am after rolling out of bed half asleep and this helps shake me awake, but better loosens up tight, achy muscles. I’ve had ankle / plantar issues for a year from running, tennis, etc. and after a short time of implementing the vibration plate it’s made a huge difference. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because it randomly shuts off from time to time.

Movement I need

I initially saw the Waver on YouTube and I began to research and the more I learned the more I realized I have to add this I was so excited I started searching for places that had it in stock because I didn’t want to wait for delivery I ended up driving to the next state to pick one up after work! It was definitely worth the drive ?

like a mini massage for your whole body.

I often struggle with lower back pain. I got this and depending on how I flex or move it can target some of those really deep, rooted, spinal and muscular pains. I do 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes at night. I’ve noticed that my skin feels tighter and my muscles feel more engaged.

Received as a birthday gift, love this product!

I didn’t know I needed this until my husband purchased it for my birthday. I suffer from a chronic pan condition and it’s been helping with decreasing my muscle tension and pain. I use it before working out and at the end of the day. I think I’m sleeping better also!

Feels good!

I just got my waver vibration plate today and the whole family loves it! I got this to help me with circulation and lymphatic drainage. I started on the lowest level as suggested for what I need and it feels pretty good! In the future as I get stronger I plan on using this with my workouts.

Loved for 4 months

I absolutely loved my vibration plate, I imagine I still would if it didnt break. I used my vibration plate consistently and looked forward to it. Unfortunately, mine broke after only 4 months. I contacted the support team December 9th. It was determined that I needed a replacement machine. It is now January 12th and I am still waiting for a replacement.
