    Seems great so far

    I trained on the Power Plate (I think one of the first commercial/gym vibration plates) several years ago and loved it. I'm home more now with different reasons for the use of this equipment and so far the whole family loves it. Only downside so far is the remote- if I'm laying down with my calves on the machine the remote can't be read. I have to sit up and point down and hope it catches at some point. It's been a bit frustrating.

    I’ve been using the vibration plate for about 20 days now and I really love it! The mini is perfect and honestly you don’t event need a bigger size because it’s the perfect size. It has so many settings so it’s perfect for everyone and the attachments make it great for recovery and working out.

    So far, so good!

    My husband the skeptic was convinced after trying it! Will be keeping an eye to ensure it doesn’t get too loud though. Might need to buy a rubber mat to absorb the vibrations bc I can hear my furniture shake even when on the medium setting.

    Love it but

    I do love it. I’m using it twice a day and believe it gives me energy for the day and helps me sleep better at night. Had one problem this morning when I programmed it to nine it cut off twice on me. I finally just did it at seven so I could get done. I will test it this afternoon on nine again and hope that it works.
