A: Hi, thanks for reaching out about LG V50 ThinQ 128GB (Unlocked) - Aurora Black (Refurbished) No, the LG V50 ThinQ will not get any further software or security updates. The final major OS update for the device was Android 12, which was released in mid-2022. LG officially exited the smartphone business in 2021 and committed to providing updates for a limited time afterward. That support period has ended, and LG has shut down its update servers as of June 30, 2025.
