If your eyewear does not have an anti-fog lens as part of it's lens makeup, you can use a household item like shampoo or toothpaste to coat and rinse the lenses leaving a thin coating which will impede fogging. One of the reasons lenses fog is many have a protective film by nature which counterintuitively encourages fogging.
