  • A: Hi Sharon. You can upgrade both components. The system currently features 1x 12GB (SO-DIMM DDR5-4800) memory module, and it has two SO-DIMM DDR5 slots, supporting up to 32GB DDR5-4800. The 512GB drive can be upgraded, and the system features two M.2 2242 SSD slots for further storage expansion.

BEST FOR BUDGET GAMING

The packaging was so nice!!!! They made sure that it was protected. The laptop itself was beautiful and felt very weighted and premium. It feels like it was built very sturdy and all I had to do was log in to my Microsoft acc, and all my data and settings were ported. The whole feel (tactile-wise) of the laptop felt rich and bougie. It runs good dos 144-200 depending on the game and setting but you can always overclock it to get more fps but I recommend getting a extra device where you can place it on so it doesn't over heat as much. The fans are pretty loud but it's not for long it's only for a bit and I recomend for the best experience to play with you device plugged in for the fullest fps possible without lagging or deopping a lot of fps. I also recomend upgrading the ram and adding more if you know how to it could make gaming better for you. I also got this for school and it's really good for multi tasking since you get 12gb of ram and usually 8gb you can't do as much but with the extra 4gb it makes it easier to multi task
