There is a slot inside for the laptop, and there are pockets. The outside pocket is deep and has an internal pocket. So with this small bag you can carry everything in an organized manner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a casual and minimalist backpack so I can put three of my kids water bottles, some snacks, and books for them to read while out and about. I was very surprised that this backpack holds its shape and it's not floppy. I can easily fit four water bottles inside and it didn't shake around. The shoulder straps are very comfy and doesn't dig in. The color is very nice and matches my denim pants. Even though this is built for notebooks, it is very practical and works well for a mother of three who doesn't want a diaper backpack or a backpack with so many unnecessary pockets.
