Wish I could a zero star, Faulty Model
The company has sent me two replacements of the same problem and they all have the same problem. I will no longer support the company. I don't just not recommend this product I don't recommend this company. I will spare the word cuz I know big supporters.

Disappointed
I had a sona cruise and the off button broke after two years... Bought the sona cruise 2 thinking it would be pretty much the same but no. Not sure why there is no constant setting and half the settings have pauses with 0 vibrations. Not sure if mine is defective or this 2 version just doesn't cut it for me like the first one did.

Second time purchasing from here!
Hi I love ittt so much! My first one was the purple one from a few years ago and recently it dead so I repurchased another one! This time got the black. But I am only having one issue. I can’t find the consistent setting? Only like the ones with different pulse I’m not a fan of. I just need the one that doesn’t change speed or pulse. any idea which one is it? I can’t seem to locate it on this one. :-(

I thought Sona 2 Cruise will be even better than my lovly Sona. Disign is the same- elegant, fits my hand perfectly. However the feeling is not the same :( "Vibrations" are not as strong as in the Sona one and I can't get a big O.

I bought my first sona cruise 2 back in 2020, and unfortunately broke the suction while cleaning it this year. I immediately went to replace it with the same thing, because the first one was great! I am extremely disappointed with my second one. First, there is no longer just a constant suction. All 12 settings are patterns. That’s probably the worst part of my new sona cruise 2. Secondly, the suction is way worse on this one compared to the first one i bought. Overall, very disappointed because i loved my first one so much.

Faulty product
I have a Lelo sona but it is no longer holding charge so I “upgraded” to the Sona 2 cruise. It has to be defective. No matter the setting I choose, the motor cycles through ALL the intensities rapidly. Horribly distracting. I am unable to choose just one intensity. If I push the center button to switch modes I then have to scroll through all the modes to get back to the original mode. My old Sona I could just turn it off to reset. There is also zero change in intensity with changes I pressure. It is supposed to amp up intensity with increased pressure. It doesn’t. All it does is just cycle through intensities regardless of what intensity I choose. These are not cheap and I am very disappointed. How horribly distracting to have it cycle up and down through all intensities! The only time it runs at one intensity level is if it is literally not touching anything. Completely unusable.

Missing an old setting
I had one from years ago that finally died. Bought a new one and this doesn't have a steady setting. The up/down intensity only frustrates me and not in a good way. Figured maybe it would do so if i pair it to the app and it won't even connect! Needless to say I'm very upset with this updated model.

The best one I've ever had
This is the second time I've bought this. It's honestly awesome and does the job pretty good, though I wish the settings or the vibration patterns were more intense, most are good but we need one that is like intense. The only bad thing about this (and the reason I had to buy a second one) is that the suction part is really DELICATE, so be very gentle when you are cleaning it because mine got ruined while cleaning it.

Good toy, not worth the price point.
I bought this about 4 months ago because I’ve heard great things about the brand and splurged. I wish i would’ve just gotten the Sona 2 without cruise control. The cruise control function not being able to be switched off makes normal use frustrating as the cruise control is very touchy and the vibrator isn’t strong even when fully charged unless pressed so hard against myself it hurts.

I’m 49 years old and had heard of squirting but just figured it was something I couldn’t do. So I was quite surprised when I squirted like mad the second time I used this. I wasn’t even sure what to think because I’ve never done it before. My husband LOVES to use it on me and watch the results! It took a little getting used to and find a setting that works but once you get it, it’s magic. We even had to invest in a splash blanket because towels just weren’t enough to keep the bed dry. Oh and be sure to use lots of lube! I’ll never be without one of these again.

Once I figured out how to properly use it, need to press & hold - & + to change pressure, then it was absolute bliss. My bad for not reading the instructions. Now, I can’t imagine living without it. Amazing addition to our bedroom activities.

Not exactly the intensity I was expecting after reading so many comments. The design is great the silicone is soft but it just is not strong enough and I found the mouth to be to narrow ( size of a pinky) to get the intense pleasure that some of my other similar toys have offered it’s also not the worst toy and eventually you might get off from it
