LEGO Technic Volvo FMX Truck & EC230 Electric Excavator Building Toy 42175

This looks great!! Just read the book but haven't started it yet.

Having built many Lego and Lego Technic builds this is by far the worst build I have experienced. Normally I enjoy building every set I have purchased which is well over a 100 sets however with this set right from the very beginning I was counting down the pages to get this one over with, personally felt the instructions needed to be a lot more clearer on where to put to things.

Good build kept me off the streets for 4 days tip of index finger still numb!

The heavy equipment line is amazing for people like me who work in the trades

Always glad to get a set that is a bit challenging this one definitely checks the box

As someone who's always loved Lego AND works in the transportation industry, when I saw this set I just had to have it. Had a lot of fun assembling this one! I plan to use it to make an instructional video of how to back up a trailer :-)

Paired with the builder app this was an amazing build. Everything was so realistic and to have three builds for the price of one it was all around one of the best yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LEGO never fails! And this LEGO Technics Volvo set is an absolute masterpiece! The quality of workmanship is at the highest level, which can be seen from the diligence of every detail. Of course, assembling takes a lot of time, but this is a unique experience and really pleases the eye after the construction is finished. The LEGO set was supposed to be a gift for my son, but in the end, it aroused greater commitment in his dad... and I'm not surprised at all, because if I had more time, I would love to sit with them to play. Everything here has additional functions - the excavator can be rotated 360 degrees on the tracks, and then with the help of a pneumatic pump you can lift and lower the bucket, the, and the truck has a moving piston engine and a detachable ramp trailer. This set is just a lot of fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well I am very excited for the Volvo fmx to be complete, absolutely loving this set of Lego , we put the engine together and it moves , we have built this as a family and has been fun even thought sometimes you need some patience, I’m sure it will look even more amazing once fully complete, the performance of this set is really good and love that it’s been made as realistic as possible with even the small details , very durable , obviously as it’s Lego contains really small pieces .

I loved building it. Lego got a lot right with this set, the attention to detail is magnificent. I love the motorised functions of this product and it look really awesome when it is in operation. While the price is high I do think it is worth every penny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This Lego volvo truck and excavator are so realistic. Spectacular!! It was so fun to assemble with my kids. Great performance too. I truly can see my kids enjoying it and have so much fun. The battery durability it is also good, it can last 4 to 5 hours. Of course we need to be careful with small children but overall it is amazing.

I believe this set offers an extraordinarily impressive build given its price. For some reason, it evokes a sense of similarity to the heavy-duty Tow Truck, both in terms of playability and functionality. I must admit, I had hoped the truck and trailer would feature suspension. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the building process. The instructions were clear, there were no missing pieces, though a few extra parts remained.My 12 year old son had great time building it..

Fun Lego item. I recommend this one highly. Was a bit challenging but so worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok ok ! Can I just begin to tell you how excited I was to unbox this badboy !! With 2 boys very eager to reach in it's been hard to resist ! I've purchased ALOT of lego technics in the past and I have spent 1000s is it worth it ABSOLUTELY not only do they keep not only children but adults entertained for hours they also depending on the build go up in their value ! They are easily guided I find using plastic tubs (alot of them) and separating colours really helps ! It can take a few hours or weeks depending on the pace you want to build at I seriously have the biggest build made by lego still under my bed half build from 5 years ago 🙃 however my boy is determined this one we will complete and that we shall ! They are complex but worth the time and patience !! They are definitely worth the price tag that comes along with them they are not your cheap shobby jobs they are built to last and to be played with if you want too ! I would absolutely recommend this for anyone who has a eye for technics builds and who wants to have something great built at the end of it all ! What are you waiting for don't just listen to me Christmas is round the corner go go go !!

I'm a fellow truck driver and so far I have thoroughly enjoyed this build. I have currently finished the tractor and part of the trailer. Would definitely recommend this 3 part build to a friend.
