[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family is already a big fan of Lego and duplo but we are even more impressed with this duplo set as it has so many interactive parts to it. The 5 year old loved helping build this with her little sister. They have played with it everyday since it was finished. It has so many interactive elements lights, sounds and music that has kept them entertained daily. The design is sleek and the instructions were simple to follow. The train has definitely provided us all with some fun and role play.

The train with sound effects and movements is incredible. Two kids and an adult have been playing with the trains for three days. The set isn't just for play, it's for child development. The only downside is the price.

Building the lego with his teenage big brother together helped him to learn patience and work as a team. It took the brothers about 45 minutes especially when little one would keep interrupting and using his own imagination when his older brother was helping. The finish product is amazing and both my sons loved it of course little one plays more with it. Very happy mama here.

My kids had so much fun putting it together. The pictorial instructions were easy for my 4 year old daughter to follow. All the pieces are quality made and felt durable. I love the interactive element, the lights and sounds add to the play experience. It kept my children entertained for hours, they kept coming back to it throughout the day rearranging the track and adding bits of duplo they already owned to the track. A great toy that has provided hours of entertainment.

He also feels so proud of himself when he was able to build the whole thing all by himself, thanks to the easy-to-follow instructions. This train set kept him occupied for hours, and he kept coming back to it every day, sometimes changing things up with the tracks and putting the action bricks in different places. The most fascinating thing was how you could also control the train using the Duplo train app!

From the moment the train set has arrived my son has been super excited, the bright colours and the fact that it had a train wash made his day!! The train set is recommended for ages 3 plus and my son, who is 4 years old, followed the instructions and enjoyed putting it together with very little help. The sound bars that go on the track are amazing, they play sweet music and sounds, and the train itself is really quite fast with flashing lights!! It came with four people and a cat and they all sit very easily in the train and carriages and it also has four train track add ons: a train wash, wind turbine fuel stop, a cafe and a brick dropper, that drops bricks into the train. My son has played with it non stop since it’s arrived and has easily rearranged the layout and added other Duplo/Lego items to it that he already had. I love the way his imagination runs wild and he can confidently build and have fun whilst doing so. The manual that came with the train set is great, very easily laid out and the images are big and clear which is good for little ones.
