My toddler absolutely loves this toy. He got this for his second birthday and took a little time to learn to play with it but now that he knows how to put it together he loves it. I probably wouldn’t by this for an 18month bc the train itself is harder to connect and they get frustrated. Building the blocks is easy enough for them at that age though

Nice Train, thin plastic.
Overall, it's an okay Duplo train with the usual educational play features. Prints are clear. Figures are cute. The plastic used to make the parts seems thinner and feels cheaper than Duplo bricks I ordered a few years before. The parts don't feel as solid as they used to and looking at the Duplo bricks, their side walls even seem thinner.
