Unhappy with shipping

This product is fine, but shipping was ridiculous. It was ordered 12/18, set to arrive 12/26. It did not arrive until January 3rd. Tracking continued to say arrival was 12/26, even into January. Not sure who dropped the ball here, but it will make me think twice before ordering from you again. You need to better vet any third-party vendors.
