I’m not even done defrosting and seasoning them but I had to stop to make a review. These shrimp are tiny, no where near large and I buy shrimp from target all the time. This is disgraceful!!

i never leave reviews but omg first off, it’s rubbery. 2nd- i vomited in the middle of eating it (i never throw up). it’s been like 8 hours and my stomach still feels terrible.

Taste like rubber. But my roommate likes it.

These are so small should be considered small not large at all!!

Horribly Freezer Burnt! Let thaw and opened for dinner tonight and they are all burnt

I am one of those closet snobby people that has learned the art of elevated cooking and therefore usually stick my nose up at things like precooked shrimp. I accidentally ordered a bag last month. I meant to be ordering raw shrimp as I find it ridiculously easy to cook and I like to season at my own way first soaking in buttermilk and then cooking in a pot of water "salted like the sea". I was almost horrified when I got home and realized that I accidentally ordered cooked shrimp! I have purchased cooked shrimp prior to learning how to cook, which I'm only a couple of years into, and found it to be quite unpleasant. Unpleasant without exception. It was my mistake though so I'm certainly not going to turn around and take the bag back to Target so I decided to try it out. I am in shock! They are absolutely the count and size that they SHOULD be (most brands aren't) and completely absent of any undesirable smell or texture. They are plump and firm, which is unusual for shrimp that have been deveined and shelled by machine. They have all the plumpness and juiciness that inspires me to give the product five stars. Both my tiny little dog and I eat shrimp regularly as it is extremely high in protein and iodine. Amongst other things that we have in common, which is strange in and of itself, we both recently got diagnosed with hypothyroidism so intake of iodine for thyroid regulation is extremely important and the very high protein content is critically important to maintaining one's skin and hair when having hypothyroidism. She is the real test of quality. I don't know where she got to be such a little snob but she will turn her nose up if a smell or texture is even slightly off. She has never turned down a meal made with these delicious shrimp. Thank you, Target, for choosing only the best to present to your customers. The cost is excellent as well.

Second bag I bought recently that had freezer burn. And I just bought two weeks ago. Makes me wonder how long they keep it in the freezer at Target.🤢

I have purchased these before and they were fine. I got these out to thaw and they were covered in frost and ice, but I still decided to thaw them out. They are all white and freezer burnt looking. I wish I could get a refund.

It states that there will be 26-30 shrimp per pound and there were only 13 shrimp in the bag. This product is a scam.

Taste is OKAY. The nutriton facts are off though. It doesnt show on hwre bu the label says 8 shrimps is a bit over 80 grams when its really about half of that. I think its woth trying this, but its super average. I also agree with others that its not that low matience and it will take time to cook for taste.

Shrimp was thawed out… I live 10 minutes from the store there’s no way they should’ve been thawed out that quickly. More wasted money I have bought this brand from other stores, so I can’t say anything bad about the quality of the trip itself! It’s just that I don’t care attitude of the staff doing the shopping for pick up customers My opinion Disappointing

Every time I order my shrimp at target no matter which location the good and gather brand it doesn’t look right seem old or molded not sure what it is but it upsets my stomach (had diarrhea or threw up) I have to order elsewhere.

Ok bags says serving is 5 Shrimp and there are 5 servings in bag so 5x5 =25 shrimp but the discription for this product sats 41-50 ct per lb so why are they putting that on the website when it is wrong?

Ughh, so much freezer burn on these, I should have checked the bag date but discarded the bag the night before to thaw them
