NOT AS ADVERTISED. Poorly made materials. hard to assemble and does not have power lift or recline options advertised. Hard to pull pull string to lift foot rest and you must manually push down with feet until it clicks. this will not work for elderly or disabled people with mobility issues.

I've ordered this chair for my 93 year old grandmother twice and have been sent the wrong chair both times. I'm tired of returning them to the store. Pretty sure this is a scam! Do not order!
