    Great color and style but missing the mark a bit.

    I like the fit of this coat, but the sleeves could be longer- they're a bit too short. The coat isn't very warm, but does the job, and I like that it's packable. I wish the hood had a cord to keep it on my head when its snowing or drizzling, as I have to hold it down on my head. It also loses feathers a lot, to the point that I can't wear it with black, or you can see white feathers on my clothing when I take the jacket off. Just not as good of quality as I expected.

    Decent coat

    I bought the black, petite wander wear packable coat. It was a decent coat and size was good. But I washed it according to the instructions and the fill is all balled up and doesn’t seem to be able to return to “normal”. Will not recommend

    Feathers bunch terribly when washed

    I really like this coat except whenever I wash it, the filling bunches at the end of the quilted channels. I have to spend hours trying to redistribute the filling all over the coat. I’d never buy one again for this reason. And yes, I dried it with tennis balls. Doesn’t help.

    Color of Choice

    The coat was delivered yesterday and the spice brown is perfect. My size petite 10-12 fits perfectly as well with sleeves at the correct length. I wanted a light weight and warm filling with down feathers. I'm pleased and with a super discount as well.

    Very nice light but warm down coat

    I bought several colors of the Wanderweight down coat last year and love them. I bought the extra L in order to get the length and not feel like a sausage. The coats are light-weight and not bulky, but I'm never too cold in them.

    Warmth with No Bulk.

    I've had my Ultralight Packable Down Coat for over a year now and it's still going strong. No bulky feeling and super warm and I love the hood on windy and cold day. I highly recommend.

    Cute, but Doesn't Last.

    This is a nice coat at first, but after just 2 years of wear, the lining of the hood has completely ripped and the hem along the bottom has a giant hole in it. Very disappointed in the quality as I expected this to last more than 2 years of mild climate.

    Lightweight and not too puffy. Good coverage. Perfect length. An adjustable drawcord on the attached hood achieves a comfortable fit. The two-way zipper is useful for more freedom of movement. Evening Forest is a lovely shade of green. Great sale at the time. This one’s a keeper!

    Ready for take off!

    I usually wear a size medium at Lands End but only a petite medium was available- since I’m 5’4” I took a chance and ordered the petite medium- perfect fit! I ordered this because of its compact size. I plan to wear it to the airport when it’s freezing out and stuff it in its pocket when I get to the beach! No more lugging around a big coat on trips! I included a picture of it packed away (you have to wad it up, no way to fold it nicely) as I was curious about that before purchasing.

    Perfect, Packable, Petite!!

    I purchased this coat during a fantastic sale in April (I think it was 90 degrees that day)! HAHA I was thinking ahead to next winter and possible travel opportunities (packable)! It's perfect and stylish! I am thrilled to find a petite coat that I will be able to use for many years!

    Great buy for those cooler mornings and evenings

    Really love it more than I thought I would. I bought it for the great price during a mega sale.The color is a muted red/orange and not bright. It’s incredibly lightweight but kept me warm during 25-35 degree mornings when I was walking my kids to the bus stop. I gambled with a petite S size since I’m usually at petite M but they only had petite S in stock. As long as I don’t wear a bulky sweatshirt or sweater underneath, it’s a good fit even with it zipped up.

    Exactly what I was looking for!

    This is perfect, especially for in-between winter-to-spring weather. The navy color is great. I don’t normally post a review but this coat is simply outstanding. I might order another one in a different color because I love it that much. I ordered a large as I normally wear between a 10 and 12. The fit is perfection. Great Job, Lands End.
