Nice towel until it is washed
I bought the hand towel in fresh olive. After the second washing, one side of the stitching on the towel came completely apart...now the towel looks like it is worn out. Since I have washed it, I will have to keep it, but was disappointed in the quality.

Lint, lint and more lint
I've bought these towels for years and was always pleased with their long-lasting quality. This last sent of towels arrived and seemed extra soft, not a bad thing UNTIL I washed them. So much lint! I'm on my 4th washing and still have to stop the dryer halfway through to empty the lint trap so the piles of lint from these towels don't impede drying of the load. The towels also leave lint on your skin as is obvious when you apply lotion after using them. Can't imagine the towels will last very long with all the shedding. Very disappointed in the change.

Bought 2 of these towels, expecting not luxury but good quality as Lands End used to be noted for. One towel has a pulled thread, so useless. Do products not get inspected for quality control?

Towels shed fibers like crazy!
So far, these towels are a disaster. I washed them before using and the washer was clogged with shed fibers, and the dryer lint filter was so full I had trouble pulling it out to clean it. The 2nd and 3rd washes had less shedding, but still an inordinate amount compared to any other Lands End towels I've ever purchased. We'll see how subsequent washes go, but so far it's not good. I can't put anything else in the washer with these towels because of the shedding. If they don't stop shedding, I've wasted a lot of money.

Ahhhhh
These towels are so fluffy and thick! My daughter got the bath sheets and I got the bath towels and although mine are a little smaller, they still wrap around me and are cozy and thoroughly drying .

Towels too big!
I bought the Essential Towel Set in Dec. 2024. Had to return because the towels are not 56”x30”. Oversized and more like bath sheets. Lands End please check bath towel sizing. The Blue Pewter color is pretty.

I recently bought these to upgrade my guest towels. They are probably the softest towels I’ve ever bought. They washed well and even though they filled the dryer vent with fluff were still very soft.

I bought this bath sheet to go with the 6 pc set. They are fluffy and soft but the Washed Evergreen color is not nearly as dark as shown on line.
